Here is a full mouth, upper and lower, before and after treatment with Dr. Nabeel. The patient had no teeth left, and both arches were replaced with fixed full-arch bridges on implants, so the patient needs no removable denture. Dr. Nabeel plans these cases on a 3D scan, places the implants where the bone is strongest, and designs the new teeth around the patient's face, lips and bite. Fixed teeth are fitted within 24 hours of the implant surgery, and the final bridge follows once the implants have settled.
